About the Founder

A Fellow Traveler on the Inner Path

about the founder

Vistaara Soul Guidance was created by Narmadha, an intuitive practitioner shaped by lived experience rather than belief systems.

This work didn’t begin with titles or claims of enlightenment. It grew through observation, self-inquiry and emotional responsibility. Narmadha approaches this path as an ethical spiritual guide, walking alongside people rather than positioning herself above them.

Vistaara exists as an emotional healing space where insight is offered without fear, hierarchy or dependency.

A Grounded Approach to Spiritual Counseling

The foundation of this work is spiritual counseling that is calm, reflective and emotionally safe.

There are no predictions, fear-based narratives or claims of superiority. This spiritual counseling approach respects autonomy and encourages conscious choice rather than reliance.

As an intuitive practitioner, Narmadha uses insight as a mirror, not instruction.

As an ethical spiritual guide, Narmadha works with clear principles:

Each session is held as an emotional healing space where people feel seen, not led.

A key part of this practice is shadow work guidance. This isn’t about forcing emotions or revisiting trauma. It’s about noticing patterns, reactions and resistance with honesty.

Through shadow work guidance, clients learn emotional responsibility instead of seeking rescue or validation.

The process is slow, respectful and self-directed.

As an ethical spiritual guide, Narmadha does not offer:

Vistaara remains an emotional healing space, not a belief system.

A Shared Inner Journey

Narmadha continues to learn, unlearn and evolve. This work grows through listening and lived experience.

As an intuitive practitioner, she believes healing isn’t given. It’s remembered.

Vistaara exists to support that remembering through spiritual counseling, emotional safety and grounded awareness.
